"From the moment I retained Kaitlin McCaffrey, she is fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. She was able to get a replevin filed within 24hrs and secured an emergency injunction in less than a week—What truly stood out to me was how she recognized the deep personal importance of my dog, even though the law classifies pets as property. She didn’t just treat this as another case; she understood the urgency and emotional weight behind it. On top of her efficiency, Ms. McCaffrey has been communicative, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. She keeps me informed, listens to my concerns, and explains everything clearly. If you need an attorney who will take action quickly and fight for you, she is absolutely the one to call. I can’t thank Kaitlin enough already, I’m very thankful to have found this firm before litigation started. The way they have treated me and my case has been impeccable. To be in such a devastating place in my life and as vulnerable as I feel, the last thing you need when you are going through a crisis/lawsuit is an ineffective attorney who will run the clock for money. That is absolutely the opposite impression this firm has given me. They truly understand they have the power to make a difference and they take it. I’m very excited to go into trial with Ms. McCaffrey, I genuinely feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders with her on my case. I absolutely recommend."
