Carl M. Ippolito is Of Counsel to the firm out of their Lawrenceville, NJ office, He helps businesses, individuals and families protect and grow their assets for the long term. He takes this mission very seriously and works closely with clients in order to recommend the appropriate plans to help achieve their unique goals.. Carl assists clients in planning and resolving tax issues, estate & financial planning, succession planning and representation before taxing authorities such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), He also counsels clients in areas of real estate law, such as purchases and sale transactions, land use, commercial lending and landlord-tenant law. In additional Carl represents corporations, small and medium businesses, developers and institutional end-users in the acquisition and sale of real property and land use issues.
Carl is a 1982 graduate of The University of Florida Warrington College of Business. He is a 1987 graduate of Vermont Law School and earned his MBA in 1988 from Rider University. A lifelong learner Carl received his LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 1996.
