Attractive nuisances, something that a property owner keeps on their property that could be attractive to children but because of the child’s age, the child doesn’t realize that the properties dangerous.
The typical example is a swimming pool. Kids are attracted to swimming pools. They go onto a property and they drown or get hurt in the swimming pool. There could be a claim against the property owner for not adequately securing the premises.
